Market to a list of high net worth individuals throughout the world. Market properties in worldwide publications such as the International edition of the Miami Herald, Wall Street Journal and Robb Report Collection.

Always provide Virtual Tours of your property:

Put them on line and market through international websites. Many buyers are coming here from other countries and this is an excellent way for them to preview your property before leaving home
Make tour available on disc to prospective clients and Realtors that prefer this to the internet and want to preview the property

Actively market to other Realtors:

Let’s face it – having hundreds of Realtors working for you is going to result in more prospective buyers in a shorter period of time than having just one Realtor trying to market to their clients.

Realtors tend to show what they “know”. They will be very familiar with your property through open houses, property brochures, continual email reminders etc.

Market to select high net worth target groups:

Joint market with select yachting companies to host cocktail parties to prospective clients of both yachts and waterfront properties. This could be especially effective during the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show.

Do charity event (maybe Make a Wish) in conjunction with something like the new issue of a magazine such as Opulence with sponsors from wine companies, cigar makers, specialty foods, and have a fund raiser with invites sent to a select list of invitees.

Market on the Web

This is now THE most important aspect of any marketing campaign and it is becoming more significant every day. Social Media such as YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn are dramatically increasing exposure on the web and driving thousands of new Custom website to insure higher placement on search engines. in addition to virtual tours on MLS sites it has been proven that videos posted on YouTube and featured on a website bring substantially more viewers to the site. Buyers throughout the world will be directed to my custom site – and your property. My web designer is outstanding at getting me top placement in search engines.

Create ‘online brochures’ and ‘videos’ on major sites such as the Robb Report and duPont Registry
