Some Real Estate News Highlights - November 2006 saw home prices in Fort Lauderdale decrease by seven percent (7%) from a year earlier. Condo prices in November were the same as November 2005, even with a drop in sales volume. That's all good news for buyers. The median price of a single family home was $362,000 in November 2006.
